CEO Debbie Cabebe has been holding “talk story” sessions with MEO staff to hear their views on what the agency is doing well and areas of improvement – with implementation ideas.
Sessions were held all day Friday and most of the day Monday at Transportation (10:30 a.m. session shown here). Debbie and Gay will be headed to the Shop, Hana, Moloka‘i and Lana‘i to hear from team members there. Debbie plans to compile the results and report back to staff.
