Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc. will reopen its offices for regular operations,
including Wailuku, Hāna, Moloka`i, and Lāna`i, on Tuesday, August 18, after
being closed Monday due to ongoing impacts from Lala. MEO’s Head Start
classrooms will also be open.
MEO’s offices are open to the public weekdays from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm.
Maui Bus ADA paratransit service, operated by MEO, resumed regular service
on Sunday, August 16. Human Services transportation will also resume all
regular operations countywide, including out of Puʻunene, Hāna, Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi.

MEO will open its offices and classrooms countywide for regular operations starting Tuesday, August 18. The Community Action Agency has offices on Maui, including Hāna, and on Molokaʻi and Lānaʻi. The agency also operates nine Head Start classrooms across Maui County.
