The Employee of the Month (EOM) Program is an employee recognition program that awards and celebrates fellow MEO Ohana who live by MEO core values and provide superior performance. Any MEO employee can offer a nomination. EOMs are selected from designated departments for 11 months, culminating in an Employee of the Year honor. The Management Team makes the selection. Awards are given during the MEO General Staff meetings.
