To support Lāna`i residents experiencing food insecurity, Maui Economic Opportunity (MEO) will provide food vouchers to purchase locally grown or sourced fresh produce and fruit, edible algae, poi, meat, fish, eggs or honey from the Lāna`i Farmers Market.
The Lāna`i-Grown Food Stimulus Program will address food deficits and support a healthy diet within the local community while supporting economic growth for local farmers.
Applicants must be full-time Lāna`i residents.
- Application requirements of a full-time Lāna`i resident will be verified through self-attestation.
- Preference will be given to households with kupuna (60 and older) and children between the ages of 0 and 5.
