The Maui County Policy & Coordinating Council met Wednesday, May 8, at Maui Economic Opportunity. The 50 representatives of senior clubs on Maui discussed the upcoming Kupuna Aloha Luncheon and other matters. They also were treated to crafts activities – box and yarn lei making. Adele Rugg, who led the box making, also offered some security tips – putting male boots in front of the door and leaving the radio on, especially for those who live alone – to thwart burglars.
