Youth Services decorated two vacant store window fronts at the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center with “Celebrate Safely” messages for the graduation season. Youth Services staff and 5 youth leaders put the windows together between May 14 and 16 at the Kahului mall. This is the second window front Youth Services has decorated this year. The team did one for Valentine’s Day.
