DRIVER SUPERVISOR – Full-time, Salaried, Non-exempt, $53K/year, Job Req. V0334
Supervise, train and evaluate the Passenger Assistance Technician driving staff. Monitor performance and delivery of transportation services. Provide technical assistance and support to the Driver Trainer/Safety Supervisor. Work with the management team to monitor and evaluate the implementation and application of program objectives and goals. Promote, monitor, maintain and improve the quality of the delivery of services. Provide management oversight for all operations when senior management is not on site. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes related to public and school busing and driving operations, and services associated with transporting the disabled and elderly. Must have Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Type B with a passenger and school bus endorsement. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university and two (2) years related supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
