MEO Head Start Family Case Manager Kalena Brown received a Certificate of Achievement for completing the Child and Family Partners Certificate Program.
The credential included 60 hours of on-demand sessions addressing all aspects of developing and maintaining professional partnerships withfamilies. Kalena will be promoted to a Family Case Manager II with this completed credential.
Family Case Managers are essential to the Head Start program, connecting families to community resources that assist with basic needs related to health, safety, and wellbeing. Head Start works not only with the preschooler but with his/her entire family.
Kalena is a valued team member of the MEO Early Childhood Services department!
