MEO CEO Debbie Cabebe thanked Mayor Michael Victorino, Maui County Council, private donors and the community for supporting MEO for the past 57 years at a Community Action Month proclamation signing in the mayor’s conference room. MEO is the county’s Community Action Agency, which is part of a national network whose goal is to battle poverty. MEO offers a safety net when life takes a turn for the worse.
