Maui Economic Opportunity’s Head Start is compiling a Community Assessment, an annual survey to help determine how best to respond to the needs of the community with the early care and education program.
The survey can be accessed through the QR code and here at the HS Community Assessment Form
The deadline to respond is Friday, Dec. 9.
