We are excited to announce MEO’s plans to partner with Hale Mahaolu and High Ridge Costa to build 120- 1, 2 and 3 bedroom affordable rental units for low-income families. The campus will include a MEO Head Start Center and community center to be used by the sites residents. The project is expected to break ground by the end of 2021.
