CEO Debbie Cabebe described the Hale Mahaolu Ke Kahua Affordable Housing Community, a joint venture between MEO, developer Highridge Costa and Hale Mahaolu, which will manage the 125, one, two and three bedroom units. All of the units will be affordable, for residents in the 30 to 60 percent adjusted median income, $27,000 to $55,000 for a single person. Rents will start as low as $569 a month.
