Sending a huge shout out and CONGRATULATIONS TO SILVIA BEDOLLA! Silvia began her journey with us as a parent in our MEO Head Start program back in 2010. As a parent, she volunteered in the classroom and found such joy in working with young children that she **began taking Early Childhood courses. She returned back to the program as a UHMC practicum student in 2019. Once again, finding joy in her time in the program and working with young children, she decided to join our MEO ‘Ohana as the Teacher Aide at our Kihei Head Start for the school year 2020-2021. Silvia graduated and obtained her Associates Degree in Early Childhood from UH Maui College in May 2021! Yep, not even a pandemic could stop her from reaching her goals!!!
